		<description>For the past couple of years i have not been getting quality sleep.I did go and take the sleeping test ,and was told i have mild sleep apnea..I was told to use a cpap,which i did but it did not seem to help how i felt. I do work shift work and have noticed that i feel worse when i work days,usually going to sleep around 11 pm and waking  at
4;45 am..I kind of feel off bal and yawn all day long even in the middle of a hot summer day.I seem to feel a lot better working  nights going to sleep at 8 am and wake 3pm..I was told i have large toncills ,do you think they could be causing me to not get quality sleep since the cpap doesnt help?</description>
